Riyaz is careful while treading in the footsteps of his illustrious father, Mr. K Mohammed, the Chairman whose untiring efforts are behind the saga of success. If his father has built this empire almost singlehandedly, Riyaz wants to build further on the group's strengths and cater to a larger market segment.

His education in Boston and entrepreneurial stint in the US have empowered his vision for the group which is built on sound principles of management coupled with the synergy that he wants to bring into his management team. His blue print for success is to create new markets and new revenue models and he has already set his course for the long and fruitful voyage.
